Right of withdrawal / reflection time
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. However, yoni eggs, crystal wands and digital products can't be returned / credited (due to hygiene and digital product reasons).
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount.
If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and should be returned to us in original condition and packaging. If products are used, we can't accept the return. To exercise the right of return, always contact us first to discuss your return wish.
Order refunds are done within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
