Time to make the change and be vulnerable. Not always know where you are headed and what will come next. Life wants you to feel a deeper level of safety inside of yourself.

Be vulnerable.
Acknowledge all you feel.
And say yes to you.

It’s safe to feel boundaries.
It’s safe to be all of you.
It’s safe to choose higher.

We have an amazing full moon in this week. One that brings all the feelings to the surface. They are “just feelings” and work FOR you. Do your breathwork, movement and sacred practices and just be. Let the hidden wisdom behind your feelings come to the surface

Let your body create for you. She has amazing magic and abundance stored for you. Your body is your biggest treasure. Let her guide the way.

And that’s my love is why all is coming up. It’s coming up to leave the body and let yourself be free. Free of the past, free from the truth of others that was never yours. Free from the patriarchy and ready to be your truest self. 

Every week brings you closer to your heart. We are almost half way through the year. No wonder it’s about to peak, see it for what it is. The peak of your best creation yet.
